KURMAN CARD & MEMORABILIA AUCTION
A BRIEF SYNOPSIS
My father was an avid card collector. His mother threw away a majority of his older cards and he started collecting again in the 1970s when he had children.
While none have been graded to today's standards, he was uniquely aware of the cut and color of the cards. In these collections, he spent countless hours assembling sets with the cuts being centered and being careful to pick the best overall card for the set. He saved boxes, wrappers, sent away for any special cards associated with sets, etc. We ate Hostess and McDonalds and Jimmy Dean sausages, etc, all so he could collect more cards.
He took great care to store them all and they been sitting and waiting until this day.
Below I have listed a portion of the cards that were readily available for me to see as I went to take inventory.
